21 Days Prayer & Fasting July 2026
About This Event
For 21 days, we're setting everything else aside to seek God together. Fasting is voluntarily abstaining from food for spiritual purposes — a way of humbling ourselves before God and making more room for what He wants to do in us.
From July 1 to July 21, we'll pray and fast as one family. And from July 8 to July 14, we'll gather in person each evening to lift our voices together. Whether this is your first time fasting or you've walked this road many times, there's a place for you in it. Come expecting God to meet you.
What Are the Benefits of Fasting?
Fasting is a spiritual discipline with many benefits that can help you:
Draw closer to God by aligning your heart with His.

Strengthen your spirit by replacing worldly desires with a deeper focus on God.
Cultivate discipline by resisting physical and emotional temptations.
Seek healing and restoration for yourself and others.
Deepen your worship and prayer life, refocusing on God's plans and purposes.
